Fix open file leak in /LASTLOG, in situations like:
/LASTLOG -FILE /tmp/a -FILE /tmp/a
/LASTLOG -FILE /tmp/a -CLEAR
/LASTLOG -FILE /tmp/a -LITERAL
/LASTLOG -FILE /tmp/a -BOGUS
Found by Coverity.
