Synopsis:
set verbose_ctcp [on|off|toggle]
Description:
When turned on, this will cause the client to display a message whenever
it receives a CTCP message, saying what kind it is and who is it from.
If turned off, the user will not be informed when the client receives a
CTCP request.

ctcp(1); on(5) ctcp
Other Notes:
This setting may not work properly if the default CTCP action is changed
or suppressed with the CTCP hook.
